Had a horrible experience not once but multiple times. Brought our 2020 Colorado in that was shaking or vibrating when we were going over 40. I advised the Service person of everything I had going on medically and that we did not have the extra money to pay for repairs that are correct. I told Lisa multiple times that I needed an itemized estimate so that I could verify if I could get the parts at a better price.
