Surprised to say I was in and out in about an hour.
Tech and advisor excellent work. The check out process could be a bit better I’ve waited over 30 mins just to have paperwork completed I had to check with cashier and she seemed bothered that I had to ask her for my paperwork

Not a complaint about wait time, this is about poor communication and misleading info. I typically don’t use this dealership, but I was working in the area and dropped off my truck on a Wednesday due to an emissions issue. Unfortunately, my service advisor was Lisa.
