RecommendedI had my regular service appointment , my son-in-law Bradley Barnes took my car in for me.He works at UftringWeston Chevrolet ,they discovered that main filter was really dirty.Then they discovered the lock for tires wasn't in my dash.I was reinsurance in Washington Dealership , my used car was fully serviced at the time of sale...I appreciated Bradley helping me for my first service appointment!
With just 2 payments to go on our vehicle, the transmission went out and the cost to fix it was ridiculous. We needed a car - fast. Who knew that my husband and I would walk into Uftring Chevrolet and meet with Greg Stewart at 11:30 am and drive out with a beautiful car just 5 hours later?
Old car gave it up and needed a new one quickly. Greg Stewart came thru in a pinch and made a stressful situation easier to bear. Top notch service from a top-notch person.
Kathy was my salesperson. She was excellent. Not pushy and relatable. She was understanding and polite while also having a great humor. Highly recommend anyone to ask for her. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name who had me sign a lot of papers (twice on accident) but he was very polite and personable. We had some laughs. Highly recommend stopping by and checking out the selections and working with these people.
Sales and service was exceptional.
Friendly sales personnel, waiting room with a friendly and accommodating person that will bring you a drink and popcorn or muffin, a welcoming showroom representative at the desk, servicemen that are understanding and helpful. I have never waited very long during service. My car is all cleaned up when they are finished.
Kyle Merritt and the entire team at Uftring Weston went above and beyond to help us resolve our lease, that we were way over on miles, and get us in a new car!! They were so helpful and we could not have been happier about our experience!!
Whatever u do stay away from Uftring Weston in Peoria as they do not know how to do front alignments. Had to go back twice to have it corrected as their techs on the white team do not know what they are doing and it’s still not right.!!!! WTF!!!! Now it’s time to go to the next step to get the General Manger involved!!! UUGGGGHHHHHH!!! Why!!!!
Very courteous service and professional staff. They are very friendly and are quick with their oil change service.
