BASED UPON HER BEHAVIOR I NOT ONLY WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY CURRENT VEHICLES THERE, I'LL NEVER CONSIDER PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM. SHE WAS A HORRID INDIVIDUAL.

RecommendedA shout out to Denise in the service department. She always goes the extra mile to be sure that repairs and bills are accurate. Her communication is personal, respectful, and honest. On our last visit she spent several minutes checking to see that our bill was correct then personally repaired a different family car. Being treated with respect and as an intelligent person is greatly appreciated. High five Denise! Great customer service!
Highly impressed with Uftring Weston after my experience today. I needed an oil change desperately today but had no option except to bring my toddler and infant with me. About halfway through my toddler started getting restless. Peggy from the waiting room and Denise from service helped to keep my toddler occupied by talking to him and racing his monster trucks. I took my Equinox in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted promptly and courteously . The waiting area was clean and welcoming. Work was completed quickly.

Horrible. My niece and nephew were sold a vehicle that the engine was going out. When taking it back they were told they had only one option to spend more money on another vehicle. They've had that for just a few months and the transmission was going out. Would do nothing to help them. Would NOT recommend this car dealership to anyone!

Terrible experience. We were totally lowballed for a trade in. Our salesman kept asking me “how do you know what your vehicle is worth?”. Trust me I did my research before coming in. After trying to walk away for an hour we were finally ordered the trade-in that we originally asked for. Then the finance guy insulted me when I says I was getting gap insurance through my insurance company. I was so mad I almost had to walk out for a few minutes. Totally ignorant and unprofessional.
