Purchased my Equinox August 19, 2022 exactly 1 month later car starts having trouble. Took it to them the catalytic converter was gone out. I payed for it to get fixed in October and as I left the shop car was still having issues. I contacted Chevrolet of West, took the car back to them and was told it was the timing chain. Took the car to them in November for service they had the vehicle for 3 weeks fixing the timing chain. I gets the car back and 2-3 weeks later in January the car starts having the same problem. I bought a brand new truck here about a year ago, the buying process was great. Now a year later I was having trouble with my engine so I took my truck to service which said they would only have my truck a couple days. It's has now been over a month and for the first 3 weeks they didn't even give me a loaner just expected me to hitch hike to work I guess.
