Bought a vehicle but it wasn't 100% sound like I was told, 9 days later still had not be able to take possession of that vehicle. On 9th day, Monday 06/16/2025, I took loaner car back. One star is one too many for this place. To start with they sold my niece a car, and to begin with she does not have a drivers license and is not able to get one due to being legally blind. The people that took her to get the car blackmailed her into signing the paperwork and told her in front of the sales man that if she did not sign she would be homeless. I had a pre approval from ************ They ran my credit like 6 times and then just stopped responding to me. I wanted to trade in my vehicle and they made me think they were going to pick me up from my home. Which is about an hour away. I kept calling to get updates and I just got ignored. Finally got to speak with a manager and he basically said I should go somewhere else after they already destroyed my credit.

Bought a truck from a female at the dealership. She told my husband dont worry I will handle the banks. We gave her a $ amount that was to not be higher that the number. We told her we did not want a specific color. She drives up in white truck. The only thing it had that made it better than our truck was it was 4wd. I bought 2017 **** Escape 7/28/23. Drove it 8 miles and check engine light came on. Took it back, they gad my car 7 weeks, picked it up Thursday and Friday we left for vacation. Put a deposit on a vehicle and was told no damage from brush guard installation (that will be removed). Arrived in ***** and found two large holes in bumper from brush guard that will now need repaired, would have lost our deposit had we not went through with purchase. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I believe this place is a FRAUD, they use false information. They had my name under a different SS# and DOB THAT WAS NOT MINE, theyll act friendly at the beginning but when you catch them in their lies, theyll treat you like trash! The service me and my dad experienced was very horrible, the sales manager was very rude when i told him i did not want the vehicle he threw the keys on the desk and said thats your truck now. I purchased my car 7/20/23. I was told that the car was in driving conditions and three tires was needed to be ordered. Well they had it 7/21/23 to do that but nothing was done.
