My family and I bought a car from Watsonville Chevrolet. I had to take my daughter with me, she is in that "I'm board" stage. The staff was so kind as to put a channel of entertainment for her. As we proceded with our purchase, I was very pleased as they explained everything with calm and didn't try to rush through all the signatures. I was, easily, able to schedule and appointment. I was served promptly when I arrived. I was given a ride home and back to the dealership. The work was well documented. Everybody was polite and explained everything in a way I could understand. They're my "to go" place.
This dealership told my husband that we would most likely not be able to get a loan for a Chevy truck (when he saw us drive up in a 95`Honda). The next day we drove home with GMC Truck.... from a different dealership!!!! Yes Chevrolet of Watsonville, that's what happens when you do even try to satisfy a customer.
