My sales rep was amazing! She helped me find the car I was looking for and wasn't pushy. As a first time car buyer that was great! HOWEVER, the financing department leaves a lot to be desired. They got several things wrong from printing my contract incorrectly to incorrectly informing me about my insurance policy. I spent a total of 10 hours at the Chevy dealership over 2 days b/c of this. Luckily I love Chevys or else I would never go back to a chevy dealership.
I had a problem in the painting and ����� do not thank me it's better if they had complied with what they told me��������������������������
Going back to the Marx Chevrolet days and prior, I have purchased my last three vehicles here. The one constant throughout the dealership changes has been the five star service department.
Poor communication and service, avoid this place!
