terrible customer service after buying a vehicle, i have bought 2 trucks both of which were returned within a week for problems the dealer has covered up. Have had service advisors with bad attitudes lie and get angry when you call them out. sales manager is near impossible to get in contact with. I am done with this company and would never reccomend.
Excellent dealership.. friendly, helpful employees... such as Morgan Oakes-Chitwood, receptionist. Her knowledge and caring nature are a true asset to your company!

I like the experience that I had there. They worked out exactly what I needed them to work out I stayed in the price range I need to stay in.
Bought a used car with extended warrantee. Have had the car two and a half months. The car has been in and out of the shop repeatedly and now I’m being told it needs almost a thousand dollars worth of repairs in breaks, rotors, and tires (of course, not covered by warrantee). Don’t waste your time or money buying from them. You’ll regret it.
I was here for five hours told the sales man (David Pitts) who was great exactly what payments I need and how much I could put down. The manager had him to get me to test drive four different vehicles while trying to push me to put more money down. At the same time keeping my vehicle keys witch I had to ask for twice that made me feel like they were holding them on purpose. My father in law was there a couple of weeks ago and felt the same way! David Pitts was great I just believe the management is terrible!
My car was in for repairs, I was told I would have a written warranty in hand with the bill. It is now one month later, constant calls to the Service Department leaving messages, no response. Called again today, which make 30+ calls to get paperwork. Still no answer, no attempt to contact me. Be warned you WILL NOT RECEIVE PAPERWORK!! AFTER THE BILL IS PAID YOU WILL FIND PROBLEMS!! STILL NOT ADDRESSED!!
