The service center slow, appointment at 9:30 am it is now 1:32 pm, for a oil change and tire rotation. Was told at 11:30am they were working on car and was the same thing at 1:30pm. I had the Best costumer, Berglund call me and apologized for the inconvenience. They made it right. I'll try them again.
Berglund Center is a Joke... Purchased a 2004 Red. C5 corvette 3 years ago with 21000 miles within the time period. Just offered 20k for it to re sell back to the dealership which is 6 less than what I originally paid. They counter offered 17 considering they thought it be nice to mention the tires were dry rotted, so the offer was took. Turns out the next day the had it on the lot WITH THE SAME "(Dry rotted tires)" with a polish on them � and the tag said 24k so yes my experience with them was the most god all full place to... read more
