The two gentlemen that came out were wonderful. They were professional, very courteous and pleasant. My dog liked them. That is huge, and they explained to me what they were doing and why. Very happy, glad I got your monthly service. I wish I could remember the two technicians names, but they came to my house Thursday morning around 930, Thursday being 8 September .and as I look at my paperwork, it was Kenny and Ronnie. We have been Chet's customers for over a year. As soon as we moved in we had a termite blowout. Carol provided me all the information I needed to make me feel comfortable and make the decision about tenting the house. We spotted a spider once; called Carol; and Kenny was out the next day with excellent service. Kenny is always timely, courteous, and efficient--and a very nice guy, too. I know our house is in good hands with Chets--special thanks to Carol and Kenny!
We had a real ant and pest problem when we purchased our home 8 years ago. We tried another recommended pest control company first with no success, then Andrew came out and took care of the problem within days. We have had no issues since and if there ever is an issue between our bi-monthly exterior treatments it is addressed and taken care of with no problems. Our technician Andrew and Chet's staff does a great, professional job. We could not be happier with our service.
Good service provided bi-monthly by Frank Garner. He is always very courteous and friendly, and checks to see if we are having any pest problems.
