The two gentlemen that came out were wonderful. They were professional, very courteous and pleasant. My dog liked them. That is huge, and they explained to me what they were doing and why. We have been Chet's customers for over a year. As soon as we moved in we had a termite blowout. Carol provided me all the information I needed to make me feel comfortable and make the decision about tenting the house. We spotted a spider once; called Carol; and Kenny was out the next day with excellent service. Kenny is always timely, courteous, and efficient--and a very nice guy, too.
