I have been a loyal Chet’s customer for two properties for over five years. However, I will no longer be using their services and would caution against it. I usually pay in advance for annual services. Despite this, Chet’s decided to send me to collections. They accused me of not paying my bill, despite them sending it to an address that they have not serviced in three years and despite the incorrect email address they had on file for me. Chet's broke my ceiling fan & light. Would NOT fix it. They came back 2 times in 8 months to re tent my house because they did not get a good kill the first time They also dug holes in my yard because they did not bring their own dirt. Will never use them again! ( Talked to CAROL)

Chet's did not break the ceiling fan. The ceiling fan nor the light are working, which indicates an electrical issue, not a tenting issue. We did re-tent the home 13 months apart, free of charge both times, as part of his continued warranty. Unfortunately, out of 523 jobs we tented last year, this home was 1 of 7 that did not have a successful fumigation in 2016 and had to be re-tented in 2017.
I highly recommend Chet's. I have a monthly maintenance plan & Since the first day they sprayed, the bugs were gone! They have now added a mosquito control program & again, 5*! Our mosquitoes were terrible. Everytime the door opened 5 or more would get in. There were always 4-5 in the bathrooms every morning. Carol has spent so much time researching the program & it has worked for us. Lots of vegetation around the house, so I wasn't expecting a lot. Eduardo was FANTASTIC!! He was so nice and treated everywhere that we were having problems. I will be asking for him next time he was so great! I highly recommend calling Chets if you are having any pest problems. They are the best! Thank you so much Eduardo!!
