Chet is greedy and has a terrible vision of client service. He refused to show me two properties without my agent, he would only do it if I would give him 25% of my agents commission, absolutely crazy and so bad for his clients. So this guy decides who he lets in to see his clients homes for sale based on the amount of commission they promise to him, let that one sink in for a while! And, I am a cash buyer! Avoid this group at all cost!
