at first they are very nice and will help you once you move in rude rude rude
These are probably one of the worst apartments in Indy! I have had outstanding maintenance issues for over 6 months now. They only have 2 maintenance men & 1 is responsible for cutting the grass; they don't have a grounds keeper any longer. All the trash receptacles are usually full & overflowing; they only have them emptied once a week. And hardly any of the apartments look like the pics shown online. Also, the pool hasn't been open in the past 2 years.
Horrible!!!!! I can’t wait until my lease is up!!! Office staff very unprofessional, water, trash and sewage bills are way to high! It’s not worth it to move somewhere else!
