Been here several times and never experienced any of the complaints below. Maybe things changed since the bad reviews. They could do housekeeping a bit better but I was never refused towels I had a coffee pot in the roomm as well as an ironing board and hangers in closet. I think the 100$ deposit is stupid but I've always gotten it back in cash and I usually book online with my card. We rented our room for two nights. 1. No coffee pot in the room. The lobby does offer coffee with all the fixings however, they give the smallest cups known to man. 2. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom had a used washcloth still on the shower rod. An open soap in the shower. The curtians had stains on them. The room has a musty odor. And lipstick on the comforter. 3. The beds were warn and uncomfortable. The maid did clean the room on our first night. For the price and the area it's not horrible.

So I'm currently staying here first thing is no microwave. Second the fridge is outta commision...third fan does not work in bathroom fourth you can feel the springs in the bed fifth they put a 100 dollar hold.on my account witch most places hold fifty. Not happy with there competence as a hotel and there customer service.
The hotel was the perfect location for a night or two if you flew into the airport as fast food places nearby and the freeway is very close to it to
I called the night before and made reservations for 2 days I told them I was gonna be late they said that was fine plus I called that night before I got there and.I told them I was gonna be late they said no biggie when I got there I had no room but found one I could have .......then a ,50.00deposit???? Maid NEVER clesned room whiile we were there I'm pretty sure its drug central also I will NEVER go there again I was SCARED of the environment
