We changed 2 times of bedrooms. I woke up in the middle of the night with bedbugs bites on my butt. They charged us 106 US instead of 106 CAD. White spot was on our bedsheets. Blood on walls. Not recommend this place at all
For the location it was not a bad room. I think that coffee pots and microwave should be in the room, and not just in the lobby. Other than the fact there was no HBO like many other motels of this star.. The afternoon desk clerk was very helpful with an issue that arose on check in, and did everything in a polite courteous manner.
Extremely rude staff member experience. I was harassed for sitting on the stairs quietly talking to my Aunt on the phone for an hour (give or take) smoking cigarettes. The young lady hollered at me from halfway down the walkway that I needed to remove myself from the premises. I was a little intoxicated, so I didn't realize she was talking to me, she proceeded to stomp her way towards me and holler "yeah, I'm talking to you! You've been sitting out here all night. The staff were super friendly. The drug dealers kept the noise down after midnight. The duct tape on the bathroom mirror kept it nicely in place and the paper towel in the door jam kept the lock secured well.
