Ghetto-Attitude Service – Chestnut Street Cleaners is, without a doubt, the least competent cleaner I have ever conducted business with. For weeks, I used Chestnut for dry cleaning and wash and fold. The service for the former was good enough to maintain a relationship; but the wash and fold -- which is done on the premises -- was a horror. You deal with the owners – That's the way to do business. No one in the middle. This is a family owned business so you're doing business with the owners. The service is good but uneven at times. This cleaners haven't lost anything yet but there have been times when I've been waiting that I thought they had. They do a decent job but I wish that they would button more than one button on a man's shirt. They button the top button so when the shirt comes off of the carousel it has a crease down the middle.
