We absolutely loved living here. Chestnut is a great little community with lots of families and has always felt safe and clean. The move-in process was easy and Deb was very helpful throughout. Upon move out, the process was quick and easy and we received our deposit refund in a timely manner. We really had a wonderful experience here, there's no questions why families stay here for years.
The apartments are decent but could use updating; don’t expect maintenance requests to be fulfilled. The land lord was very nice but her daughter who also worked there was a very rude and nasty person..the total B word. The neighbors we had were a bunch of loud drunks. I personally wouldn’t live here again.
Chestnut Square Apartments is a great place. The staff first off is the best! They take pride in doing a good job and keeping a nice environment. I have worked with them for over 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend renting here!
