The parking is a 10 minute walk away to a structure and the whole walk is poorly lit at night. The floor/ceiling is SUPER thin, so you’ll always know where your above neighbors are in their apartment.
I love living at Stanhope apartments! It is absolutely the best student apartment available in the area. The location and amenities offered are perfect and I couldn’t be happier living here!
Sketchy place but it was cool to visit
sublet room available in a 2 bedroom with male at university village at Sweet home Village, April through July.$774 willing to help cover first month.
Room mate matching is the worst. The management allows smokers to move in and smoke in the apartment with roommates that clearly put on their lease they cannot live with a smoker. .
Newly remodeled Laundromat with Jumbo washers and dryers. Free wifi. Clean. And safe. Located across from teds HOT dogs in Rite Aid Plaza, open 24 hrs with free WiFi
If you park between Monday @ 7 AM - Friday @ 7 PM, you will get towed.
No service if your on the bottom floor
Best place in UTA area to live without doubt! Highly recommended! Good price for what you get and location to campus!
