They scratched my watch and were very dismissive. Would not recommend this location.

My girlfriend recently brought a watch I had given her a few years ago in for a battery change. It's her everyday watch, nothing too fancy, but a nice watch from a well known company, not junk. After they returned it to her, it almost immidiately stopped working again. She took it to another store, and they were able to fix it. Evidenly the case had been put back incorrectly when the battery was changed, and had bent the stem.
I took two of my necklaces to the owner to fix them and one of them is gold. It broke before even wearing it! Not to mention the pricey services. His products are cheap and insanely expensive. I bought earings and they broke too before wearing them
