Dr. Charney & assistant were so very nice n informative, check out was pleasant n fast!! I was very happy with my first time!! Thank you!!
Great reception, great dentists, great medical staff. Easy visits, with minimal waiting. Only issue is sometimes when you call you can get an AI chat bot instead of a human. If you have any nuance, expect it to be lost, which is relatively inconvenient for a dentists office which might have any number of caveats for a patient. Getting in contact with their AI made me once again thankful for the people who manage the front. I will say I've called 2 times, and only once spoke to an AI though.
