Replace their billing department and hire a new billing manager. Dentists and assistants are very good, however the billing is a complete mess resulting in overcharging the patient. Watch your statements and be prepared for no customer service.
I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. Kristen and Ashley were fabulous with explaining procedures and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Vitale, on the other hand, was horrible. 0/10 and that’s generous. He had horrible bed side manners that I did not appreciate. He made me feel like an idiot and was overall not friendly at all. Considering he works with people on the daily, he should definitely get a better personality or get a new profession. He pressed very hard on my temple, I wanted to cry!

RecommendedAwesome Place. I Don't Like Dentists But Dr Zugai Is Totally Relaxing And Professional. She Always Does What Is Needed To Be Done.
RecommendedYou can not find nicer staff anywhere. They explain everything and answer all your questions. I have been going to Dr Strezo for many years, his work is excellent.
I highly recommend you DO NOT GO HERE. Poor customer service and the dental work I received was awful.
