My husband and I have been patients at the monroeville office for over 10 years, but will no longer be going here. Our past 4 appointments were scheduled 6 months ahead of time on Saturdays. My husband and I have had each of these appointments cancelled by the chestnut hills staff...every single one for two years! Today was the last straw when they called to tell us the office will not be open on Saturday for our appointments and the next available appointments wouldn’t be until the middle of November. Clean and Very Friendly staff.. They do great work ..I had a cavity filled today by Dr.Sasla I didn’t even know he numbed me he did a great job, Also I had Braces from chestnut hills orthodontist In Monroeville and I tell you the Dr. she straightened my teeth so nicely all I can say is no more eating corn through a picket fence... lol .. thank you chestnut hills dental
I was never told that my insurance didn't cover my daughter and it wasn't until I got one bill in the mail and then went to collections. My daughter was never told it was self-pay. She also said the hygienist never spoke to her but talked with another employee and the conversation was not professional. She wrote to the office but never heard back. I have been there too and wasn't impressed with the personnel. Sorry to report this as I never like to complain because people do have off days. I hope it's better for others.
I've been there 4 times already. While the staff is nice I have asked them repeatedly to fill the cavity I initially came to fill. They kept putting it off telling me they have to do this and do that. Today I go in for what was to be my final treatment and come out with all this work done but my initial problem with the huge cavity none of these dentist seem to notice is still not resolved. We took our three year old for his first dental visit and it was the better than we could have imagined. Great friendly staff!
I am a patient of Dr. Sasala, and I have never had such a good experience before . I couldn’t even feel him get me numb !! Absolutely the most professional and thorough dental office I have ever gone to. Definitely will be telling everyone how great my dentist is !!
I had an exam by Dr. Schrenker and was shocked at how thorough he was. He didn’t rush through anything and educated me on my dental condition. I’m actually looking forward to getting an onlay.
