Incompetent billing department. We have been dealing with a sleep center bill for seven months. They tell us we owe nothing, but then we get a bill. We call, they tell us again we owe nothing, they we get another bill. We call again, they say we owe nothing and now a collection agency. Are we supposed to spend the rest of our lives talking to their incompetent billing staff? Completely unfair and lacking any degree of customer service or competency. This hospital is too expensive for the doctor's experience. I went there twice due to a high pressure in my head that occurred after air travel. First visit, the doctor just prescribed drugs available over the counter. The second time, they did a lot of tests and prescribed lots of drugs, only to help temporarily (2 days and then the problem was back). And I question the experience of their doctors.
