Horrible customer service. Front desk and Answering service. The entire staff need some sort of training. Escalations are not actually dealt with. There maybe good doctors in the back but the team upfront makes it impossible for you to get past the attitudes to tbe doctors. I urge other patients to find better
Went for my dad, prepared with questions and hopes to better understand issues and meds. Dr. Sterious was absolutely rude, short, and could not be bothered to explain or discuss anything. Yawned repeatedly and was dismissive of any questions or concerns. Clearly couldn’t even be bothered to read the patient history. Totally unhelpful and arrogant. Now looking for a doc who can actually do his job. What a waste. Find a different doc.
Going to try to make this as short as possible. Came in for annual wellness, requested full bloodwork because I frequently got sick in a year. Was told that my 2022 bloodwork looked fine and no need to test again in 2025. Came in a few months later for same-day sick appointment, and was diagnosed as allergies (no COVID or strep test). Took two at-home COVID tests afterward and tested positive both times. Obviously haven’t gone back.
