I like the treatment - the wait is short and the service is professional, efficient, and courteous. The teeth cleaning assistant has a great way of carrying conversations with a client unable to speak :). The one thing I'd recommend is better signage - getting to the office by stairs goes through two unmarked doors which may be confusing.
It would be nice if Dr. Shale would add my insurance so that it was in network and I didn't have to pay for higher out-of- pocket expenses.

The Dental Office at Chestnut Hill is a welcoming, efficient office. I have been going here for years, and I always feel that I'm in good hands. They're great with scheduling last minute appointments, and there's rarely any wait time--for me, it's always been under 10 minutes. They do a great job!
EVERY person that works here is kind, professional, caring and best of all - they do a great job.
Everyone is so pleasant and professional. Dr. Shale has a great sense of humor making going to the dentist a pleasure!
My hygienist is efficient and caring.
Lily is the best hygenist ! Dr. Shale's conservative approach is most appreciated.
