I have always gotten excellent care at your dental service. My only criticism is the lack of courtesy I received from your new male secretary. When I checked in for my recent appointment, he announced loudly, "Your insurance has cancelled!" That was embarrassing. Of course, I did have coverage. I've been coming to your dental office for years. Your former secretary would never have handled this situation in that way. She would probably have just asked to see my dental card. It's off putting to start an appointment that way.
Kerry cleaned my teeth. Love seeing her. Everyone is always very nice and knowledgable.
I had the best cleaning of my life, with Barbara. Thorough yet gentle. The whole office is terrific!
