Treatment is always good. People are friendly and nice.I don't mind going to the dentist

I've been going to Dr. Shale for 20 years and he's always done a great job. Very considerate, communicates well, and seems to have excellent judgment from a non-dentist point of view
Lily is a good hygenist and a very pleasant person..
Dr. Shale was very attentive to my concerns and presented a detailed that fully answered those concerns, his manner is relaxed and sets a comfortable atmosphere .
I get excellent dental care, timely appointments, ease of making appointments, or a drop-in emergency visit at the Dental Office At Chestnut Hill.
All are friendly and pleasant. I always look forward to seeing Lily. She is a favorite of myself and my daughters. Without her friendliness with kids and overall personable presence, coming to the dentist would be like pulling teeth!! ( HA HA)
