Why does it take 3 in person office requests and well over a week just to get a prescription refill? I have been using the same medication for years. First, the doctor sent the wrong prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I actually brought the prescription to the office so they could see what it was. Then they told me a medication I had been using for years was not in my record despite having the medication with the Dr.'s name on the bottle. Each time I had gone here, I experience a positive approach to my care.
Today I called and receptionist as soon as you walk in on the left with the bad wig & bad attitude (slim African American woman) stated on several calls there was a room full of patients & she couldn’t help patients who were calling. I happened to have been told the same thing so I drove there… Literally there were 2 people in the waiting area… While waiting I noticed here tone towards patients was very unprofessional & rude..
