Front desk Manager and entire staffing is terrible one person tells you one thing then someone else tells you something completely different concerning policy so they should all be on the same page NO! I’ve been given the run around since the very beginning viewed signed a lease and paid for everything then they tell me they’ve rented my apartment to someone else then tried to put me in a disgusting apartment filled with roaches now it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still don’t even have my mailbox key literally a pathetic way ... read more
