Be careful mold and moths in building
Thinking about retiring and visited friends for dinner to get a tour. Sitting in the living space, two mice chased each other through their doorstep. So much for our appetite, will not visit anytime soon and will not consider moving there. It's a shame, they pay a hugh monthly rent and we have now taken Hill House off our list.
