If I could give no stars I would. I really liked this place but they screwed me over. The water line behind the fridge was already flimsy and broken upon moving in. One day it started leaking everywhere, tried cleaning it up and it bursted all over, flooding the place. Now they billed me $500 saying it’s my fault, watch out. This company is a scam. this was one of the worst apartments I've ever rented in my life, overcharged, maintenance and the apartment staff don't fix or interested in repairing units I've been in this complex for a year with a broken ac unit and cracked walls. when talking to the property management she was extremely rude and derogatory with her words. she told me if i can't afford to fix it myself then i shouldn't be living there. In my experience, the management was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Common areas and the unit itself were not kept clean, and there were ongoing issues with roaches that were never properly addressed. For a place that charges what it does, the lack of cleanliness and basic management standards was disappointing. I would not recommend living here based on my experience.
