They were absolutely wonderful helping me have a great arrangement in my budget and were so helpful with my aunt the step mom of my deceased cousin. Being from out of town and not knowing where to go we got the best one around. The woman on the phone was amazing I think her name was Cathy or Claire something like that. We appreciated her help. The flowers were beautiful and just what I had in mind.
My Sister went to your shop, picked out what she wanted for our cousins funeral. What she picked out and PAID for was not what was delivered. If you want the pictures to prove this claim just ask us. We will never order flowers from you again.
I have always known them for doing vice work but I picked out a basket of flowers for my cousin funeral and what I got was ugly the worst looking ones there. I was so very upset ,I could have done a better job. I I did call and they did refund my money with no problem so that I have to say thank you. Just please remember to at least make it look pretty before you send them ,it's important. I was so hurt THANK YOU FOR THE NEW FLOWERES YOU SENT TO MY HOUSE VERY PRETTY

A member of my family passed, and i was not able to attend the funeral due to time and distance. I talked to a lady by the name of claira. Very helpful and professional, Family members were very pleased with the arrangement. thank you Claira for making the flower arrangement lovely. I will always use you guys when i need flowers in A.C.
Jackie was most helpful in taking my order and even provided services above and beyond the norm. I recommend them, highly.
I can't thank Janet at Chesters enough for all of her help with my mom's 50th birthday party. She put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement that brought my mom to tears.
