I have lived in these apartments for 6 years now and just renewed my lease for another year. My family and I have really enjoyed living here and have never had any issues with our neighbors or the on-site staff. We have always received help with maintenance repairs promptly, and the on-site manager is great!
I have been living here 5 years and I really enjoy with the convenience of having a pool a park restaurants and shopping area nearby such a great option for a family and the landlord is very helpful

Nice 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with washer and dryer hookups. Spacious layout, comfortable living space, and convenient amenities. Overall, a good place to live.
I love living here! It is so quiet, and the manager Colleen is the best. And truly cares.
I love living here. The rent increase this year was a bit higher than I would have liked but I'm not going anywhere. The manager, Colleen, and the maintenance guy, Chuck are always helpful and friendly.
Great place to live with children. Safe and convenient
A great place to live! I love the location and I feel safe secure and comfortable. As a senior, I am pleased the rent is affordable and the amenities are super. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance is done in a timely manner, and everyone from the manager to the neighbors are friendly and helpful. I would proudly recommend these apartments to all ages.
Chesterfield Village is a wonderful apartment complex. Nice neighborhood, good amenities, affordable, terrific manager. I have been here 5 years in 2 separate apartments and they are great.
