Very poor organization. The manager is both uncaring, abusive they charge for services that were not agreed upon. Kill animals do to neglect and poor treatment, expose and cause illnesses to animals which over a dozen people have contacted me about. If my dog were about to die and this was the only animal hospital in the area I would not go. They take your animal away from you because of COVID and you are unable to see the treatment and abuses. RecommendedI’ve always brought my dogs to Chester Valley, always great service from the front desk to the doctor. From routine check ups to when I needed to put my fur babies down, they were compassionate, caring and understanding. Even after the fact, I received a card asking how we are doing doing. This is a great place that really cares for pets.
we have been patients of theirs for a few years now with our dogs. Today we took in the new addition to our family our kitten holly and she had a health check and is eating and feeling better this evening thanks to you all from the front desk staff to the techs and doctors and everyone there. This place has really gone downhill. Miss the old staff. They originally had a very good bet I believe was named Dr. Harding. At that time the staff was pleasant and seemed Caring and attentive to the animals. Lately it seems more like a nameless faceless dog repair shop. It has become quite impersonal and cold.
Very rude customer service. Have taken our dogs here for the past three years, won’t go back after today. Joke of an establishment.

We have brought all our animals here for many years. They have taken care of us in good times, and recently, in not so good times. They have always shown love and compassion to all our animals in every aspect. Today was a walk ins, we were the last one to be seen, and even though it was late and I know they were VERY tired from a long day, they still smiled and treated us like we were the first patient of the day.With the same enthusiasm, attention to detail and patientce with all that needed to be done.
