Showed great patience with my uncooperative toddler. Didn't get upset or show any frustration. Quick service with an inviting staff. Talked with us as if we had already been friends for years.
I'm always nervous about making a change, but I was made to feel very comfortable for my first visit. All of the staff were friendly and it was a great experience overall. I liked the new office and Dr. Dunham very much.
I feel so lucky to be a patient of this practice. They are so considerate and patient with everyone they see. The whole office staff is exceptional and my dentist is the best in the world!

It had been about a year since I last visited a dentist (I had a very bad child experience, so I never am ambitious about going to any dentist. Catlin, the hygienist, did a very fantastic job, was very genial, and very gentle. (Had this been my childhood experience, I would go every week!). I had a handful of xrays done, teeth cleaned, Dr. B Dunham checked everything, chatted, and sent me on my way. No trying to sell me anything extra, just very good service. Wonderful experience.
I was impressed by the through examination from Dr. Ben. I really liked that I received my initial cleaning from him which allowed him to examine my teeth from a different perspective. Thank you Dr. Ben. I have experienced several dentist over the years. And rate him tops over the four I have been to over the last 7 years. And like many, I do not like going to the dentist, but I do feel comfortable returning to Chester Road Family Dental. The office staff was very nice. I enjoyed my visit and will be returning.

Thursday was my first visit since their remodel. The facility is beautiful and state of the art. The technician wss fantastic and made sure that I was always comfortable. There was an issue with one of my teeth that was shown to me on a big screen and explained thoroughly with several options given. Dr. Dunham was not rushed and I am grateful to have a family dentist that I am so comfortable with.
