My first dental visit at Chester Road dental was perfect! Everyone was very professional, kind, and considerate.
I am new to the area and chose this office based on the great reviews. Well the office did not disappoint! From the consult to the xrays cleaning and appointment scheduling everything flowed smoothly putting my nerves to rest. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but professional and respectful(that combination is hard to find sometimes). Had another regular exam and cleaning at Chester Road Dental and they exceeded my expectations again. Was greeted by the newest member of the team at the front desk as well as the office manager. One of the assistance came from the back and greeted me also and with my hygienist. Had my cleaning, X-rays and they were able to work in some impressions all I the same appointment. Flexibility ! For once I did not get lectured about flossing or using a water pick. In fact I got a compliment about how well I was taking care of my teeth. This was the most pleasant visit I have had to a dentist office in a long time.
As usual every aspect of my vist Wednesday went very well. I had additional questions and they were answered.
The quality of the service can not be beat. I didn't know I had a chipped tooth until they saw it during the last visit. The tooth has been repaired, 6 months cleaning completed, I'm good to go, and the repair was painless. Thanks!
We are in the process of putting me into full dentures. I have to say it thought it would be a lot worse than it really is. It has gone very smoothly and they stay in contact with me and keep me up to date on my condition and where we are in the process.
Excellent and quick work.
I requested a special appointment and they were able to find a convenient time for me. As always, the staff was friendly and attentive. The dental work went well. I appreciate the work Dr. Dunham did on my tooth.
