After several bad experiences with other dealerships over the weekend we were ready to give up. Working with the guys at Chestatee was like a breath of fresh air. Understanding and no runaround. Highly recommend.
I've never witnessed such horrible customer service in my life! The store owner and service manager were flat out condescending to my mother whom is disabled. They sold her a car that wasn't fully working and then made her feel like it was her fault!! The problem still hasn't been fixed over a year later now. I would give negative stars if possible!!!!

No non-sense here. I had a woman email me a video shortly after inquiring. Then we began to check approval and credit over phone. Super convenient since I live an hour an a half away. Drove in the following day and took my 2018 mustang gt off the lot. Great service and conversation from the wonderful Megan Twitty! Thanks for making this process a great and enjoyable experience!
Internet Sales Manager is extremely unprofessional. Reached out to negotiate the purchase of a $74k truck sitting on their lot for almost 5 months, after the new year, and was told “the price offered was their best price and if that wasn’t good enough to have a nice day.” I’ve been in Medical sales with a Fortune 500 company for twenty years and I’ve NEVER spoken to a current or potential client that way. I intend to make a purchase soon, but will never consider Chestatee Ford again. I hope it sits till the tires go flat.
