The service staff was very professional and polite, explaining everything with simple terms, not trying to confuse me with technical jargon. Got good deals and good service
I had a great experience with the team at Chestatee Ford! My sales person, Michelle, was absolutely wonderful to work with and wasn’t pushy at all! As for the rest of the sales and finance team, they were very friendly and helpful during the sale and have continued to be since! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHESTATEE FORD FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE THEIR NEXT VEHICLE!! (EVEN IF ITS NOT A FORD-CHECK OUT THEIR USED CAR SELECTION FIRST!!)
Fair and able to answer all questions I asked. Keith was a great communicator all the way up to my meeting with him and after I purchased. They even threw in all weather mats for my for truck 🇺🇸 0% financing at 84 months helps too....
