I made an appointment to have my snows changed over and for the most part was what I expected. But the next day my low tire pressure light came on. A few days later, after my tire went flat and I had to have it filled I brought my car back to have them fix the slow leak. Something you would think would be done efficiently seeing how it should have been done right the first time. I waited almost 3 hours before they took my car in. The tire may be well priced, but the service is far from acceptable. Made an appointment for 1:30 today, and its 4pm and my wife is still sitting there for a simple snow tire changeover. What is the point of appointments when walk-in customers get taken in first? Never again

Can't say enough bad about the service and lies. Great when you are buying.... don't never schedule any free service... which you have to pay for by the way... unless you have someone to follow you for the entire day. Six months ago they told me to leave car without appt 1-1/2- 2 hours... it took over five and a half hours. Apartment 3 weeks ahead and two hours after my appointment I just got a text they're starting on my car now and they will send me another message when it is done. The service sucks. Literally waited 3 hrs when I had a set appointment for only an alignment. Couldent get any worse than these people
