Recommendedi use TFT a lot. My only complaint was i had a 9:30am appointment and the truck didn't go in until almost 11am.
Both times I had to come into Town Fair in Keene in just a one week span I had an appointment, and both times I waited 15-20 minutes in line just to check in. While the first time my car was in the bay fairly quickly, the second time my car wasn’t taken back to the bay until an hour and 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Failed to re-learn the tire pressure sensors when putting summer tires/wheels back on for both my father’s vehicle and my vehicle. One vehicle returned a second time to have them re-learned and I just spent 30 minutes doing mine myself. It’s not difficult - do it right. I bring my business to you because it’s a convenience, not a necessity. Seems like there’s been some recent laziness that needs to be addressed. Didn’t have this issue last year......

We got amazing service from the two young men( jay & justin ) at front desk to the young man putting my new tires on . Thank You for everything you did for my family.
I'm happy with the snow tires I got and the alignment I got, however I made an appointment for 12:30 pm and it was an hour before they even got my vehicle into a bay. All told the 90 minutes they told me stretched into 2.25 hours. As a result I was late getting home for my children. I could understand this if I were a walk in, but I had an appointment! The service was awesome. I dealt with Jay and he was very helpful and courteous. Only thing bad was my appt was at 10:00 and the truck didn't get pulled in until almost 11:00. Other than that had a great experience.
