I had an appointment here. I went and dropped off my car. I was told it would take 20 minutes to get in the bay and 40 minutes to do the work. I gave them the keys and left. When I went back I was told my car never even went to the bay. I went to leave and found that my window had been rolled down. When I asked why someone was in my car and rolled down my window when they didn't take it to the bay I was told it was their word against mine if the window was down. The manager was a complete jerk. Place is junk. Cant even do a simple job without scheduling it 3 days out. Dont waste ur time

The service was excellent. I brought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler there to have an alignment. Ralph noticed my tire rods were bad. He showed them to me and recommended Matt at Greenlight Auto to do the repair. I am so appreciative for both of them. Losing your tire rods while driving is deadly. Thank You again to Ralph for your expertise!🙌💜
the guys really came together to get me taken care of had horrible experiences else where a these folks really took care of me and understood my point of view as a person rather then jus someone with some money to spend. it was great customer service. I was greeted with respect from the moment I walked through the door! will be buying my tires there from now on!

more than two hours to switch over summer tires i had in my car, prioritized cars that came in after mine, too many tire places in Keene for such poor service
