The providers here are excellent! However, if you go in for a routine eye exam, make sure to check to see if your insurance was billed correctly. Mine was not (billed as an office visit) and after 3.5 months of continuous back and forth with this office, it still wasn't resolved. I had to provide the office with the correct CPT codes to use which made me think they didn't routinely bill for routine eye exams. Eventually, they stopped responding to my messages so I was stuck. The receptionist is arrogant & rude in my opinion, and it's nearly impossible to get an appointment there. I did better going to the Brattleboro Hearing Center Hearing Center in Swanzey, NH where the receptionist is very nice and professional and the audiologist is superb.
Every step of the way, my visit to this Opthalmology clinic was a perfect health care experience. I called in the morning with an eye emergency, a tech quickly called me back to triage, and an appointment was set for that afternoon. I was seen on time (no waiting!), and the tech was very efficient and pleasant. Dr. Jaeger arrived the minute the tech finished the initial intake, and I wish all doctors were as gifted as he is at explaining what a patient needs to know in an encouraging, calm, friendly, and respectful way. Last year I purchased two Rayban frames and two pairs of gradient lenses which cost over a thousand dollars. This week I called twice, leaving a message in regards to purchasing a couple more frames and a pair of lenses. I am yet to receive a call back I may never go back but a call back with gradosity might change my mind.
