I have been living here for three years the first ... I have been living here for three years the first two years I loved it!! But there has definitely been some changes in the last year not for the better … overall location is great and the maintenance guys are awesome!!!!!!

An Awesome place to live !!!!!!!! Chesapeake Ridge Apartments is an awesome place to live. Eileen was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. She was quick to respond to to all of our questions and concerns. When we moved into our apartment it was very clean. We were so surpised to see snacks in the refrigerador and towels with shampoo. The customer service was superb. Even the application process was smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend living at Chespeake Ridge!!!!!!

We love it here Everything is so efficient, The ladies in the front office Deanna and Savannah take care of all the move in business needed right down to making sure your mail is swapped over , We just signed our 3rd lease, The apartment and grounds are well taken care of, Its nice to see a community take pride in where we live . Hope to see you around the community.

Apt review Nice apt except for thin floors hear every step from above...also hear toilets flushing all the time...parking bad in the evenings. Mngr Scott only pleasant one to talk to takes care of issues best he can. Maintenance very nice.

Loving apartment living at Chesapeake Ridge! From the moment we walked into the rental office in the Clubhouse, we knew this was the place for us! It was obvious to us from the interactions with staff and residents that this is a friendly and welcoming community. There is a sense of pride obvious in the well-maintained property.
