Verified Renter Staff is friendly and helpful when there are any issues. The apartment complex is kept clean and well maintained. My son loves the gym. I love that there’s a pool table in the clubhouse to hang out and play pool too.

Verified Renter We've been living in Chesapeake Ridge since 2021 and what really has made our experience great has been the entire new team at the leasing office. They have been stellar with accommodatingus with any concerns we have. As well as the maintenanceteam here, they are just the best we've ever experienced. Verified Renter Excellent complex, I’ve lived here since pre-pandemic. Unfortunately people have started caring less about the community and cleanup has lost its touch- untouched dog poop around the complex and really bad inside the dog park. Having to get your packages at the front is annoying, management has changed hands and some of the new negative changes could be attributed to that, and parking can be a trial depending on day and time. Verified Renter The management staff is awesome and so are the amenities. The neighbors seem very nice and the place is very quiet and quaint. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. The only thing I wish is that the appliances were a little bit more updated. The stove, dishwasher, fridge, and thermostat are very old. Can't seem to get the thermostat to stay on one temperature. Seems to fluctuate, but hopefully doesn't affect the electric bill. Besides that, everything is very nice and I really enjoy living here so far.... read more

Verified Renter Very lovely place! Could get better on cleaning commons areas, most of pet areas people don't clean their dogs stuffs and the condo just left it there. I've already stepped on some... But this is a small concern anyway. And I'm loving living here.
