Update: Ultimately Chesapeake HD and I came to terms on this. I was refunded my second repair bill and provided a few dollars for the frustration involved in getting it taken care of. I have updated the review to two stars as, while it was handled, it was a forced march. Wife and I rode down with intentions of riding a roadglide ultra, salesman was less than accommodating , made the statement we don't just let people "joy ride" the bikes we don't like to put miles on them!! Always felt good about the dealership and usually make it a stop on our trip down from pa to the union and a dinner stop!! I hope he was just having a bad day and doesn't treat all customers that way.... but they definitely lost our business!!!
