Recently had the dealership install a new head pipe and smart tuner on my 2017 limited. Bike looks, sounds and runs better than it ever has. Cudos to Brian in parts for the recommendation to install the smart tuner along with the head pipe. Huge thanks to Shannon for performing the installation and fighting through clearance issues and bob for getting me scheduled in to get the work completed. Great place to come and sit and chat about Harley Davidson motorcycles.. coffee is always hot.

Charged us $350 just to have tires and tubes we provided to be installed. Then implied we needed brake pads replaced and quoted us another $200 which is the full labor price to install after already having the wheels off to replace tires. Bob your scam artist and a crook. Don’t know how you sleep at night
We purchased tires and tubes OURSELF ONLINE for Donald’s bike, also were told we needed brake pads. We told them yeah go ahead and do the brakes. $550 some dollars. For a set of brake pads, and labor to do the work???? What a rip off!!!!!!! I realize that they charge per hour, but I personally know ( Worked in a bike shop), that is just a ridiculous amount of labor. I know what brake pads cost. I don’t give a crap what the book says to charge...... just be fair and stop being so greedy!!!! 🤯🤬
We stopped here we were from out of town & got a flat tire. They we’re very rude and would not help us out at all with a repair or new tire. Had to have a tow come get us to get home. Will never stop there again!!
So much better there now. The employees are happy they make the customers happy. Just a whole lot better experience going in there now.
