Just picked up my new to me 2014 street glide special courtesy of JB. Great man, and great guy to deal with. There were a couple hiccups on my part but it was never a problem for him. We got everything done and 250miles later I parked a bike me and my wife will enjoy for years. I thank your staff and JB for everything. I'm a very satisfied customer.
Just wanted to start by saying this place is top notch. I bought my 17 street glide two years ago from previous ownership and have had no issues. Went in this morning with my battery that was stone cold dead they put on the machine and said it was going to be up to 3 hours to see if it was bad or not. Me being frustrated because on my only day off I couldn’t ride due to a dead battery, the parts guy and manager decided to get me a brand new battery off the shelf to get me going today. Bought my first bike yesterday a Harley forty eight special sportster from Josh Allison, and the experience was awesome. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left Josh made me feel like part of the family.
