It would be a 5 star but the infestation of roaches is CRAZY!! Ive tried everything. My apartment is always clean!! To charge a pest fee but still have the apartment crawling with roaches? And im not the only one experiencing this. I even went as far as getting the pest control service to come INSIDE my apartment and spray but not even 2 days later they are back??!! absolutely ridiculous.
I had always had my eye on Chesapeake from the first time I seen it when I first moved to Fort Worth and now since moving back, I finally have the opportunity to live here and I must say...they did not disappoint!! I absolutely love my apartment. The staff, Davianna and Rob, are kind and professional. So far I have not had any issues except loving the place too much lol I have been in a lot of apartments and here is by far the best one. It's quiet, the community is respectful of everyone's privacy, and so far NO pest problem... read more
The management is very rude, the services rarely work. The apartments deliver them in conditions of terror, the carpets were full of fleas!!!
Honestly, if you're looking for a safe place, THIS IS NOT IT. My family has had our car broken into three times — each time the window was smashed. The first time, they managed to steal some of our belongings. After that, we were more cautious. The kitchen is infested with cockroaches. Right next to our apartment, it seems like they’re selling drugs. Many people come and go at all hours — 1, 3, 4, 5 a.m. — and the office does nothing to stop it.
