This place is a joke! **They need to post pics of other apartments that aren't near the office. **The mold is HORRIBLE! **The ceiling in the bathroom shower has been falling since I moved there 6 years ago. They put a bandaid on it but it falls again. **Seriously infested. **Management will harass you if they don't like you...even though you follow the rules. WISH I COULD AFFORD TO MOVE TO A BETTER LOCATION!!
Horrible Gangbangers, Roaches, nothing gets fixed, very rude staff, ppl shooting at you in the parking lot with paint guns.cant use laundry facility because of gangs and crackheads.
horrified This place has rodents inside apartment.its roach infested high crime area do not move here.its a joke and a rip off.i wasted my money living here.now im moving out.management could careless about rodents and roaches and the gang infestation.they just want there rent money.they had a city inspection on the entire property.I'll pray that all their complaint numbers will open the doors and shut this property down.
Chesepeke Apartments I have been renting my apartment since 11/2014 in the jungles which is considered a gang related, poverty area and high crime rate which is a bad thing for my kids and I, who isn't use to living like this.I moved into this apartment for a emergency reason which was to get back custody of my two kids which is home now.I love the apartment because this is my first own place and my kids are able to have their own room but sometimes it seems to get very chlostophobic due to no a/c inside. Roaches, drugs and gangs It's not cheap to live here and the demands for fixing, exterminating, or security are lacking. Common areas are not well kept and security never ever shows their presence. Management doesn't treat all tenants the same across the board. Gangs are prominent in the area so all buildings of 100 units have tagging or some type of graffiti.
