I came in as a first-time customer with a cocktail dress that needed to be altered. The neck of the dress that I brought in, which is supposed to be closely fitted around the throat, was ridiculously too wide. To complicate things, the dress collar was covered in many diversely-shaped jewels. Cheryl and her team assured me that it would be an easy fix.
